1. Initial Fee/Entry Fee is the fee for obtaining the right to reside and access the lifelong care system, divided by accommodation type as follows:

  • Private Villa Zone:
    • Sited on a plot of land measuring 150 square wa for each plot
    • There are 24 house designs to choose from (living area 65 - 393 sq.m.).
    • Initial payment starts from 8,000,000 – 21,000,000 baht
  • Beachfront Condo:.
    • Type A (Standard Suite): 70 sq.m. – 12,900,000 baht
    • Type B (Premium Suite): 90 sq.m. – 16,900,000 baht.

2. Monthly Service Fee A fixed fee for premium healthcare and comprehensive amenities:

  • Service Rate: 95,000 baht per month
  • Services Covered:.
    • Professional nursing care and personal care team with a ratio of 2:5 around the clock
    • Complete medical nutrition meals.
    • Housekeeping and garden maintenance services
    • Access to all JCI-accredited facilities and recreational activities

3. Buy-back Guarantee Policy We provide maximum assurance with our unique refund system, guaranteeing security for residents and their heirs:

  • Conditions: Upon completing a 15-year residency period, the company guarantees to purchase back (Buy-back) the property at 60% of the initial investment
  • Lifetime Residency Rights: Even after receiving the 60% refund as per the agreement, residents retain the right to continue residing and receiving continuous care for life without any additional initial investment

4. Health Drawdown Fund This is a special privilege for managing your healthcare budget in times of need. You can choose to withdraw a refund (from the 60% refund amount) to use for medical expenses within the program:

  • Semi-dependent (State 2): Eligible for a maximum advance reimbursement of 20%
  • Fully dependent (State 3): Eligible for a maximum advance reimbursement of 50%
