Facilitating Services for Documents in Thailand

The "Far Land" project is aware that contacting government agencies and private entities in Thailand may be complex for foreigners, especially regarding language and constantly changing procedures.

To provide the highest level of convenience for all guests, we offer comprehensive document facilitation services to ensure a smooth and legally compliant life in Thailand.

Immigration & Residency Legal Services

Our team is ready to assist you with the most important matters regarding your long-term stay in Thailand:

1. 90-Day Registration: We provide power of attorney services to submit your 90-day residence notification to the Immigration Office (MOI) on your behalf (for those holding Non-Immigrant O-A visas)
2. Visa Extension: We prepare all necessary documents, coordinate with banks for financial certificates, and submit your application for visa extension to the MOI in your area
3. Re-Entry Permit: We offer guidance and assistance in applying for the Re-Entry Permit before your international travel (for those holding necessary visas)

Real Estate and Utilities Services

We help manage the documentation related to your accommodation in the project:

- Long-Term Lease Agreements: We assist in preparing and registering long-term lease agreements at the Land Office according to legal requirements to provide maximum legal protection
- Household Registration (Tor.13): Provide advice and assistance in applying for a household registration for foreigners (Tor.13) for use in certain important transactions in Thailand.
- Notification of Change of Address: Coordinate the submission of documents to local authorities if there are changes to address information or residency status.

Other important services.

- Health Insurance Management: Provide advice on Thai insurance companies with health insurance plans that meet the requirements of retirement visas (O-A and O-X) and assist in coordinating with insurance companies to obtain certificates for submission to the Immigration Bureau.
- Document Authentication: Provide consultation and coordinate with lawyers or relevant agencies for the authentication of important documents (e.g., document translation, embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs authentication).
