At Far Land we believe that "safety" is the most important foundation for a happy retirement. Our security management system is designed to be comprehensive, covering personal safety, property protection, and medical emergency response, all available 24 hours a day.

1. Smart Security Infrastructure
We use cutting-edge technology to maintain order and safety throughout the 98-acre area without infringing on your privacy:

  • Gated Community & Access Control: Strict access control for project entry and exit using license plate scanning and a Triple Security system.
  • 24/7 CCTV & Patrol Teams: CCTV cameras cover all common areas, and a team of specially trained security officers patrols the entire project and the 260-meter-wide beachfront throughout the night.
  • Lighting Design: Lighting design throughout the project that is adequate but does not disturb rest, to prevent accidents and visual obstructions.

2. In-Home Safety & Care
Every unit, whether a villa or condominium, is equipped with an emergency assistance system directly connected to the control center:

  • Emergency Response System: Emergency call buttons (SOS) are installed in key locations such as bedrooms and bathrooms, along with wearable devices for immediate assistance regardless of your location within the home.
  • Smoke & Gas Detectors: Smart smoke and gas leak detection systems with immediate alerts to the management and fire department.
  • Universal Design: Barrier-free design (Step-free), slip-resistant flooring, and handrails that meet international standards to reduce the risk of falls within the home.

3. Critical medical response (Medical Safety Net)
Far Land's standout feature is its integration of safety with international JCI medical standards.

  • 24/7 Medical Staff: Nurses and caregivers are on duty 24 hours a day, providing assistance at a premium care ratio of 2:5
  • In-House Ambulance: VVIP emergency services are available on standby within the project at all times, equipped with full life-saving equipment. Transfers to partner hospitals or Thap Sakae Hospital can be completed within 10-15 minutes.
  • Telemedicine & Monitoring: The system connects health data with partner hospitals for rapid and accurate initial diagnosis in emergency situations.

    4. Community-Based Security
    We create an environment where "people care for people" with genuine concern:

    • Employee-Partner Model: Every employee is a stakeholder in the project. They therefore have a deep sense of responsibility and vigilance in ensuring the safety of residents, treating them as family members.
