At Far Land we prioritize transparency as a core value in our management approach. We understand that planning for retirement requires clarity and certainty, which is why we have designed a straightforward and upfront pricing structure with no hidden fees, ensuring you can live with peace of mind and long-term financial security.
1. Simple Upfront Pricing
We set the initial investment based on the value of the asset chosen, covering long-term housing rights for 15 years, including:
- Asset Maintenance: We maintain the structure and environment to ensure it remains beautiful and functional at all times.
- Access to Amenities: Rights to use all common areas, botanical gardens, and activity centers.

2. All-inclusive Monthly Fee
The monthly service fee of 95,000 THB (inclusive of VAT and insurance) is designed for maximum convenience, covering all basic needs:
- Premium Care Team: Care in a 2:5 ratio, with SOS buttons installed in key locations such as bedrooms and bathrooms, along with wearable devices for immediate assistance anywhere in the home.
- Primary Medical Services: Access to JCI-standard medical offices and emergency services within the project.
- Flexibility for You: In case of international travel (up to 6 months per year), the service fee will be reduced to just 35,000 THB per month to minimize expenses during your absence.

3. Financial security with a "60% buyback" policy. (60% Buy-back Guarantee)
We provide maximum security for residents and their heirs with fair contracts:
- 60% Cash Back: When the 15-year contract is completed, the company will pay back 60% of the initial investment immediately.
- Benefit for Heirs: In the event of the resident's passing, this amount will be transferred to the designated heirs as per legal requirements.
- Healthcare Reserve Fund: Residents can choose to withdraw funds in advance from this amount (20% for State 2 and 50% for State 3) for special healthcare expenses within the project, providing you with a reserve during your most critical times.

4. Lifetime residency rights. (Lifetime Residency Right)
After receiving a 60% buyback price after 15 years, you retain the right to "live residency" as long as you continue to pay your monthly fees as usual, receiving the same premium services and care from the program.

5. Community-Driven Management
Since every employee at Far Land is a 3% shareholder in the project, the accounting and management systems are transparent and accountable, ensuring the maximum benefit for both residents and the entire Far Land family.
